Welcome to Wyldwood Kin. I’m Miranda — this is my sanctuary, built and tended by one person, not a company. The terms below exist so I can keep doing this work honestly, and so you know exactly what you’re agreeing to when you’re here. By purchasing a product or using this site, you agree to what follows.
Who we are. Wyldwood Kin is operated by Miranda Montgomery, a sole proprietor based in New York.
Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products from Wyldwood Kin.
What you’re purchasing. All products sold through Wyldwood Kin are digital files, delivered instantly upon purchase. No physical item is shipped for digital products.
How you may use what you purchase. You are welcome to purchase a product as a gift for someone else. Otherwise, your purchase is for your own personal use — reading, reflecting with, and working through the material yourself. What isn’t permitted is sharing, forwarding, reselling, or redistributing a file you’ve received — whether purchased for yourself or gifted to you — to any other person, in any form, for any price or no price at all. You may not use this material in any professional or commercial capacity, including in a coaching, therapeutic, or client-facing setting.
What you may not do. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose Wyldwood Kin content — in whole or in part — as your own. You may not use Wyldwood Kin’s designs, writing, or products as the basis for something you create and sell.
Ownership. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content to you. I retain full ownership of all writing, designs, and creative work sold through Wyldwood Kin.
