Last updated: 7/10/2026

Wyldwood Kin (“we,” “us,” “the forest”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are. Wyldwood Kin is operated by Miranda Montgomery, a sole proprietor based in New York. If you have questions about this policy or your information, reach us at privacy@wyldwoodkin.com.

What We Collect

Contact Form. If you reach out through our contact form, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to write to us, so we can reply.

Intake Form. If you complete our intake form for a personalized seasonal email, we collect the name you’d like to be addressed by (which may or may not be your legal name), your email address, and your responses to a set of multiple-choice questions about your current season and state of mind. These responses are used only to route you to the right seasonal content.

Website Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies and does not track you individually.

Payment Information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your credit card information.

How We Use What We Collect — to reply to you, to route intake responses through our automation (Make) to our internal tools (Google Sheets and Airtable), to process purchases through Stripe, and to understand aggregate site usage.

Who We Share Information With — We do not sell your information. It may pass through Google, Make, Airtable, and Stripe solely to make Wyldwood Kin function.

How Long We Keep Your Information. Intake form responses are retained for 6 months from the date they are submitted, after which they are cleared from our systems. Contact form correspondence is retained to maintain a record of our communications and is not automatically deleted. You may request deletion of either at any time by emailing privacy@wyldwoodkin.com.

Your Rights — access, correction, or deletion at any time via privacy@wyldwoodkin.com.

Children’s Privacy — not directed at anyone under 13.
